Chelsea has been with the Ford family since 2008. We were ecstatic when she transferred to Family Ford in the spring of 2017. Chelsea quickly reached proficiency in her new role of Inventory & Sales Administrator and continues to accept and excel at every challenge presented to her. Chelsea is a patient teacher and has also successfully cross-trained on many other tasks to improve the strength of the Accounting/Administrative team. You know she’s in the building when you hear her resounding laugh and experience her positive outlook on life. Chelsea exemplifies Ownership, Accountability, and Responsibility and the leadership team is honoured to nominate Chelsea as 2017 Q4 MVP!
